The Commercial Division of The Booth Group was formed in response to multiple clients’ requests for representation of the full array of real estate needs. The Commercial Division service structure and culture is a direct extension of the Residential Division of The Booth Group. True to our roots we strive to provide whatever is needed in the process of acquiring or selling the real estate of our clients.
Beyond the transaction itself The Booth Group’s Commercial Division can provide a wide array of support services including asset positioning, asset management, lease structuring and development guidance.
The process begins with developing a deep understanding of our clients’ end goals, including time frames and specific financial parameters. This defines the action plan to acquire qualified interested buyers and/or tenants, or the identification of available properties that meet the required criteria.
Well versed in current marketing and industry technology, the members of the Commercial Division deploy a vast array of methods to meet the established goals of any project. Using professional photography, targeted social media marketing and networking via vast contacts throughout Eastern Pennsylvania and New Jersey, there is virtually no goal that cannot be accomplished in bringing our clients a successful project conclusion.
